Colin McCrea - CFO & Head of Valuation

Colin McCrea is a certified valuation analyst (CVA) and manages Eqvista’s valuation and corporate taxation teams. He has experience in taxation and auditing for small to medium-sized companies in both the US and Asia. Colin holds an Enrolled Agent accreditation with the IRS and played a key role in the acquisition of IncParadise.

Martin Bargl - Cheif Technology Officer

Martin Bargl brings over a decade of IT experience, having managed global IT projects from scratch to post-acquisition. He was instrumental in automating operations for companies like IncParadise and Startupr. At Eqvista, he focuses on enhancing the company’s technological infrastructure.
