Olivia Rutman spent 15 years in the banking industry with Wells Fargo before taking the leap of faith to leave to start her own tech company. In banking, Olivia held a number of different roles across in sales, leadership, and enablement, and is well versed in both Retail and Commercial Banking. Olivia is a born executor who excels in problem solving, change management, training and go-to-market activities, and improving sales effectiveness. That experience, coupled with own childcare struggles as the mom of three young boys, gave her the skills and passion needed to launch Kids Care Finder, a revolutionary childcare platform disrupting the care industry.
