Tamara Lucas founded My Panda with a vision to create a service that connects neighbors to help with everyday tasks. Her background includes a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia, and she has a deep passion for community-building and offering flexible job opportunities. Tamara has led My Panda through its growth, building a hyperlocal service that supports both its users and local businesses.
Anna Hamilton - Operations
Anna Hamilton manages operations at My Panda, ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform and overseeing the management of Pandas (personal assistants) who deliver on-demand services. With a focus on process optimization, Anna ensures that both the client-side experience and the backend logistics are aligned with the company’s mission of community-driven support.
Chris Waterbury - Lead Developer & Chief Software Architect
Chris Waterbury is responsible for the technical architecture and development of My Panda’s app. With a background in physics and biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Waterbury has extensive experience in app development and has worked in various technology consulting roles prior to joining My Panda. He oversees the app’s functionality, ensuring a user-friendly and reliable platform for both customers and Pandas.
